Tóm tắt

Khuyến cáo của Trường môn Tim mạch Hoa Kỳ/ Hội Tim mạch Hoa Kỳ 2022 cung cấp những hướng dẫn trong thực hành lâm sàng cập nhật đầy đủ từ khâu chẩn đoán, đánh giá gen di truyền, và sàng lọc gia đình, điều trị nội khoa, chỉ định can thiệp nội mạch, phẫu thuật và theo dõi điều trị. Cập nhật khuyến cáo 2022 so với khuyến cáo năm 2010 cho thấy 10 điểm thay đổi trọng tâm.
