Tóm tắt

U tim ở trẻ mới sinh là hiếm gặp trên lâm sàng. Ca bệnh nhân 2 ngày tuổi đã được phẫu thuật lấy khối u khi khối u chèn ép cả đường vào và đường ra thất trái gây triệu chứng tại Bệnh viện Tim Hà Nội. Đây là ca lâm sàng đầu tiên về u tim ở trẻ mới sinh được phẫu thuật ở nước ta. Chúng tôi sẽ bàn luận ca này từ chẩn đoán, xử trí và tiên lượng lâu dài của ca bệnh này.
