Abstract
Objective: To describe the clinical, paraclinical characteristics, and cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging findings in patients with MINOCA. Subjects and Methods: A descriptive observational study conducted on 33 patients initially diagnosed with MINOCA (based on clinical features, paraclinical findings, and coronary angiography), who then underwent CMR imaging at Bach Mai Hospital and Tam Anh General Hospital in Hanoi. Results: The findings included 24.2% (n=8) confirmed cases of true MINOCA; 51.5% (n=17) cases of myocarditis; 12.1% (n=4) Takotsubo syndrome; 6.1% (n=2) myocardial infarctions with obstructive coronary artery disease; and 6.1% (n=2) other cardiomyopathies.
