Abstract

At the end of 2023, ACC/AHA/ACCP/HRS published guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation with several updated points. In addition to emphasizing the importance of lifestyle modifications and risk factor management, this recommendation also stresses early and aggressive rhythm control. Here are 10 key messages drawn from the ACC/AHA/ACCP/HRS 2023 atrial fibrillation management guidelines.1
