Abstract
Objective: Survey on the rate of reaching the LDL-C goal in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention and some risk factors at Huu Nghi hospital
Subjects and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 114 patients who had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention at Huu Nghi hospital followed up and re-examined at Huu Nghi Hospital, the average duration of intervention was 14 months. The target LDL-C criterion is <1,4 mmol/L.
Results: The rate of reaching the LDL-C goal <1,4 mmol/L in subjects after PCI was 14%. In the group that reached the LDL-C goal, there was a smoking rate of 12,5% lower than the group that did not meet the LDL-C goal (25,9%) with p <0,05.
